Sensei Bob McCracken is the United Kingdom National Director for GKR Karate. Bob has been a member of GKR since 1995 and currently holds the rank of 5th Dan Black belt.
Bob began his training in Western Sydney and held the position of Regional Manager/Senior Instructor in Melbourne, Victoria and later, Perth, Western Australia. In 2001, he was appointed the role of Zone Director and moved to the UK where he provided training and support of 11 Senior Instructors/Regional Managers, over 400 Branch Instructors and 6000 students throughout the central regions of the UK.
In 2015 he was promoted to UK National Director and now oversees over 30 regions all over the United Kingdom, comprising of hundreds of Instructors and thousands of students.
Bob has had extensive experience as a tournament coach both in Perth (WA) and in the UK, having trained up a number of students who have gone on to win World Titles.
Bob is based in Stoke on Trent.
