Congratulations on achieving your first full grade in karate, 8th Kyu Yellow belt, and welcome to the section of our website dedicated solely to you and your ongoing development and education.
In your training to date, your focus has been on developing your basic techniques. Having achieved your Yellow belt, you will now be introduced to two important elements of karate training – Kata and Kumite. You will find plenty of information on each of these in this section of the Journey.
