Ashley is the Senior Instructor and Regional Manager of Sydney, Region 3. Ashley oversees the training and administration of over 50 classes, 40 branch instructors and literally hundreds of students who train each and every week. Ashley has been the Regional Instructor of this area since January 2010.

In 2018 Ashley was appointed the role of Zone Director and now oversees the ongoing training and support of Senior Instructors/Regional Managers, Branch Instructors and students throughout the New South Wales/ACT area.
