Sensei Daniel Freer is the Senior Instructor and Zone Director for the South East Midlands regions of the United Kingdom (Northampton, Peterborough, Leicester, Coventry and Milton Keynes). He has been a member of GKR since 2005 and currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan Black belt.
Daniel began his training in Leicester and went on to hold the position of Regional Manager for Northampton in 2007. He also began managing the Milton Keynes region in early 2015 and was appointed the role of Zone Director for the South East Midlands UK later in the year.
He currently oversees the ongoing training and support of 2 Senior Instructors/Regional Managers, over 50 Branch Instructors and over 800 students throughout South East Midlands England.
Daniel’s background includes experience in Shotokan Karate and Boxing. He has also trained many students who have gone on to achieve their goals at National and World tournaments.
Daniel is based in Northampton.
