Fitness

MPOWER Martial Fitness offers Functional Fitness, Core Strength and Boxfit classes! Functional Fitness is a type of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities, you will cycle through multiple exercise stations that target different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. Core Strength combines a variety of core exercises from planks to crunches and everything in between to help you build a strong core. Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work, suitable for all fitness levels.

MPOWER Martial Fitness is part of the GKR Karate and Fitness Centre in Highland Park and services surrounding suburbs – including Howick, Botany Downs, Pakuranga, Bucklands Beach and Northpark.

 

GKR Karate has been established in the Auckland area for over 20 years and runs classes that cater for children, teens, adults and families. There are karate classes running 7 days a week at our new facility in Highland Park, so ask about our all-in-one karate and fitness membership special offer.
